I experienced an issue with my x-rays that were taken at Dr. Darragh's office. When the office became aware of the issue, Dr. Darragh personally contacted me to discuss the matter, offered a sincere apology, and explained the steps he’s taken to ensure this type of issue does not happen again. I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Darragh's office in Redondo Beach. While the doctor himself is fine. I am sure he is knowledgeable and knows his craft, but when I left I felt as though I still did not have a clear idea as to why I was in pain or how to fix the issue. However, the main concern is the office staff! I had x-rays taken at Dr. Darragh's office and was told that my x-rays couldn't be emailed and I would have to pick them up on a disc. This is pos place they have yet to make the insoles that have been authorized for almost a year I have spoken to them 3 times and still nothing the better business bureau will be contacted and we will file a claim for the lack of effort from RBP to find a quick solution to their lack of attention and care for their customers. The front desk person should be written up at least for failing to return phone calls consistently.

Waited over a month to get an appointment. Parking lot full. No where to park nearby. Waited over an hour in the office with no apology/ explanation. Finally left. Was never seen by Darragh. Office staff said nothing. Just sat there.
