I recently stayed at the tapstry .the hotel is close to the beach it's rooftop has a great view of the marina.the lobby & resturant has a great beach chill fill. The rooms were cozy and even had robs .they offer bicycles for exploring spas resturants close by .rooms clean and passed my blue test.the front desk was nice and helpful.the cons is the showers only had cold water the evening staff at resturants was not very nice was kinda of snobby. We booked a King bed accessibility, They downgraded me to a Dual queen room but the queens were actually fulls, we measured. Alex at the front desk was great and got this sorted out. I work hospitality so I know the issue is probably due to incompetent managers not the front desk staff.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing. I'm disappointed that breakfast is not included, and the cafe food is expensive but not very good.
just stayed here and just wanted to say that the room key system was down so the staff had to personally walk us to our room every time we wanted back in our rooms. It was seriously a pain in the butt and a lot of the staff seemed really annoyed that they had to walk us to our rooms even though it wasn’t our faults it really really put a damper on our stay almost enough to not stay here again. The place is clean, very close to the beach and restaurants, although the receptionist had to go with us to unlock the room door, they were unable to provide with a room key at the moment.Also, the restaurant has a very bad service, we ordered breakfast, waited for about 30 minutes and the guy in charge didn't even apologize for the delay as we told him we were leaving.
