Stayed 9 nights in May. Front counter staff unfriendly! Room phones don't work you need to walk to front counter to get help. Was charged a exorbitant room resort fee and was only told about some freebies on the day we were leaving. Manager basically was not prepared to satisfy our concerns. We say goodbye to Hyatt Redondo! Decent hotel but we they will charge you additional taxes and fees even if you made a booking through expedia where the taxes and fees are fully included in the final price.
