Always cauotic, 15% restocking fee, rude employees. Have now waited nearly 2 weeks for a refund check to be mailed to me and I only live 1 1/2 hrs away. Was a struggle and ridiculous to get them to agree to refund me in the first place on new unused parts that were returned with a receipt week after buying them.
