If you’re going into Dexter in Wichita, ya probably should pack a lunch! This place is slower than a turtle!!!!!!!! I’ve been going in there 3 times a year for seals, I have better things to do than stand in there waiting for the elderly to do their job. The complete sales process is still in the 19th century! I’m done!!!
Absolute poor service on every visit there Try making a phone call there, you can’t get a word in edge wise with the gals working the front counter. I’ve never had a good experience there and have no choice but to go there for the parts I need, unreal there has to be a better option
Great service quick and easy
I called over the phone and was given prompt service. I arrived at the store and had to wait but the service was professional and helpful. I was even advised that the company that provided the product I was buying was bankrupt so replacements would’ve impossible. I appreciated that heads up.
