Excellent experience... Great product with great service & installation... There's a good reason why they've been around for 30 years...
Redmond Spa Stove and Saunas really went out of their way for us. Our old gas insert fireplace exploded (literally) and Marianne worked with us to get things back together as quickly as possible. They made sure everything was right and it's beautiful. We have worked with them for years and will continue to. Thank you Redmond Spa Stove.

Just had our Jotul wood stove installed and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of service from Marianne. Her knowledge and honesty was very refreshing, not only did she guide us in a choice she helped us save money in the process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stove.
Mary Anne and Ed at Redmond Spa and Stove have been great resources for our spa that we purchased from them back in 2007. Our Sundance Optima has been a great hot tub over the years. Whenever I have questions they are quick to respond and offer quality feedback. Whenever I need supplies or parts, they always have them in stock and it’s totally worth the trip to Redmond to work with smart, honest folks. I've been a long term customer with Redmond Spa and Stove, and I'm a bit embarrassed that I haven't taken the time until now to give them the online support that they overwhelmingly deserve. They have never failed to deliver with excellent customer service. Period.
