I was her patient for years - Love her!!! Her staff is so bad - rude and unprofessional. I moved my care to a new doctor because of them. Her daughter is the office manager and is the most unprofessional woman I have ever spoken with. None of her staff have compassion - their files are stacked on desks and floors - they make really silly excuses about not following up for referrals. My experience was not good at all with Dr Fixott or the staff. Every three months i had to go back in to Dr Fixott and re-explain that i did not have insurance and was working on getting it handled. She knew this going in and said she understood my situation but would forget every three months and wanted to send me to a specialist with no insurance and no job. Every time i asked to have her call me i had to set an appointment i guess she does not talk on the phone LOL. There is more DO NOT GO
Amazing doctor, very nice and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.
