These people never talk to each other and don't pay bills for utilities for properties in their care and then try to transfer the balance to new homeowners. They gave me the wrong keys for my house when I signed for it, I had to drive to their office, next was the gas bill that I split for the time I had moved in, and last was the water bill that I also split. They keep calling my realtor and asking for me to pay their bills! I am beyond annoyed. Never use these people. Totally unprofessional and not organized.

Pam has managed my properties for about 9 years and has always helped keep my properties rented, as well as keeping my tenants happy.

Won't be ever ever doing business with this company again. We lost out security deposit completely because the had to spend $300 on paint to cover the "puppy paws" I spent 2 days scrubbing off the walls. I thought that's why we paid a $500 for a non-refundable pet deposit?! I can see the $100 they used for cleaning. Standard rental rip off. This company probably just pocketed what they wanted because we arent there to fight for it being deployed. First and last experience with rental companies.
