It took just shy of 2 years to get my money back - a $1,000 here, $500 there. He claimed I didn't know anything about business and to be grateful they were honest people. I chose to kiss his ass since I didn't want to go to AZ for a lawsuit. I wouldn't do business with this company even if their chair could achieve escape velocity.
