Redl's Towing was opened in 1996 with one truck and one driver. Through the years we have grown, now we have 5 drivers and 4 trucks. We tow and provide roadside assistance for nearly every auto and light truck manufacturer, as well as many of the local police agencies in the area, We have been towing the same stretch of the Taconic Parkway for nearly 2 decades. If you have any towing related questions feel free to give us a call, we are very competitively priced and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

To start I have absolutely no affiliation with Redl's or Matt, the tow driver that helped me out today. I literally googled "towing services near me". My Jeep Grand Cherokee was unable to start and I thought I needed a tow to a nearby dealership to be serviced. Matt arrived very quickly after I called and was able to figure out my car issue and resolve the problem within minutes. The absolute worst towing company in Poughkeepsie. They made me pull my car off the flatbed and i hurt myself. Thats after they tried FORCING ME TO PAY CASH after i told them when i ordered the tow i had to pay over phone with debit card. Tow driver was a little punk that thought he was Tony Soprano. Excellent!! Greg went above and beyond today! Even though they were very busy, they got to me in a respectable amount of time and quickly got my car on the truck. Thanks to Redl’s, I was back on the road with a fully repaired vehicle in less than 3 hours. I really appreciate the great service. Thank you!
I never write reviews however, I had to take the time to write one for REDL’S! Everyone should know how fast their service is as I locked my keys in my car and they were there in 10 minutes!!!!! Not only that but the gentleman was so courteous! Thank you!!!!!
It was not my finest moment when I locked my keys in the trunk of my car late this evening. I called my insurance company for assistance and was given an estimated wait time of 75 minutes. Greg from Redl's was there helping me within 30 minutes. Not only did he get my car unlocked in a matter of minutes, but he put me at ease with his quiet confidence and professional demeanor. So thankful for how well he handled such a stressful situation for me. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you for great service.
My son was away at college and his car wouldn't start. I contacted Redl's though the GEICO app. Eric was there quickly and took care of things immediately and gave my son perfect advice on what needed to be done. Its nice to know that there are people that you can trust to take care of your kids (and their cars) when they are far from home.
Great fast friendly service. Would definitely have them again but would rather really not have to have the pleasure!
