Jen has been so helpful to me in hormone testing/care. She has followed up with me every few weeks after some testing and really cares about her patients. She has offered lots of tangible advise for me. Thank you Jen and Redline!
They have lack of communication skills. They like to put the blame on other staff for their laziness. They told me my meds wasnt covered by my insurance. Came to find out when i called my insurance. That RedLine never called for the meds to be approved or declined. They lied to me. This was my first and last time ever going through them. I had them faxed to my normal pharmacy which had my med and made should it was approved by my insurance.
Tim and Hilarie are such great people to work for and have an awesome team working together to provide you with great service. Their new pharmacy is a beautiful place. If you haven’t stopped in to say hi please do so!
