I purchased a 2010 BMW 328i on Friday September 5th 2025. When I went to pick the car up on Friday morning after making the offer and agreeing to the price on thursday, there was absolutely no one at the location. Had to call the number that was posted on the front door and I waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up. The car was not cleaned and prepped and ready for pickup like most reputable dealers would, the car car was a mess the sales people were absolutely unprofessional. Streamline process, very kind people, and a great selection of cars
Needed a second vehicle again and went searching on cargurus. Realized a few of the cars I had saved to check out were all at this dealer. Got to come and check them all out, no pressure from anyone for me to buy any specific car. I ended up getting a car in the lot that I hadn't seen online. The lady in the office was awesome and laid back. My mechanic checked the car out and said besides routine pop ups that come with every vehicle everything checked out. Would go back to this place in the future if need be.
