I have been to their shop a few times for various concern and fixes for my car. 2 things that always stands out 1. Extremely courteous, non- judgemental, non- condescending and respectful staff. They always answer my every question with patience and an attitude to teach/ help me understand so I can make informed decisions. 2. Their prices are fair and they are upfront about any services that are needed over just doing a service for money. Overall, its the go-to place for your car!!
Visited Euro Mechanic -Redline Auto for the first time on July 14th for my 2015 Audi Q3 scheduled maintenance .Daniel and Alex were great as Service Advisors .My car was ready at the time promised.There is however one issue that I have with the Technican who serviced my car . He changed all my settings( that I had set for my driving )for him to take my car into the bay and for the road test. My Steering Wheel position , Driving seat position, Rear view and both side mirrors positions were all changed.He should have put them ... read more
