Horrible experience I would not recommend Matt to anyone except those who want an extremely shady business and an extremely scummy “dealership.” What a joke.
I was initially very hopeful working with Matt. He seemed focused on the deal and walked me through the process of picking his cars. He was patient when the snow storm delayed pick up. Those were all great things. However, when my dad asked about the minor damage to the vehicle he brushed off the concern. We got an independent inspection (Highly recommended) and there was likely a leak that would have caused issues. The reviews are true! At first I thought I found a solid and responsive dealer that was giving me a decent car. I bought a 4 runner thinking that he was trying to be flexible with the price but while signing he tacked on $500 worth of fees because the car came out of state. Even if that’s normal there were several lights that came on during the test drive that he cleared off saying oh that’s normal for this car it’s because the tire sensor but lo and behold only a few days after buying the vehicle it didn’t even turn on so I... read more
Don't buy from Matt the negative reviews are actually real!!! Should have listened to what i was reading I spent 10k on a truck on Friday and here are just some of the things wrong.... and this was a weekend ordeal. This is Reline auto sales.. but half assed place to buy a vehicle sold me a truck with known problems but wasn't disclosed even after I asked.... and called and ask him to fix it and while being on the phone with him he hung up on me.
