Dr potts helped me once but now I need his help again and He won't return my call or text, I went there initially for 3 free visits through Amazons eap service on the 2nd visit he told me letters cost 100 bucks I said well that sucks but ok, then he was kind enough to write me a letter and not charging me for a real visit, the initial letter he explained that he would just include the problem I needed addressed not anything else because it's noones business, that sounded good and he said most people return for another letter... read more
