Bad experience at this place. I was expressing concerns as to why so many questions for a foot dr. Instead of letting me know or addressing my concerns, the Receptionist felt the need to go tattle on me to the dr. So when he came in, he didn't greet me instead I felt bullied and proceeded to ask me what my problem was with all the questions they wanted. I apologized because obviously I struck a nerve. ZERO...ZERO...ZERO STARS!!!!! I would NEVER Recommend Redlands Podiatray Group to even my worst enemy on a rainy day!!!! Deplorable Customer Service. One of the rudest, most unprofessional companies l have dealt with. Six months l have attempted to get an appointment. Either they never answer their phone, never give the right information, or never have caring attitude to want to help in any way other than say 'it's not their problem.' while I was there I overheard an altercation in which the office manager loudly and rudely berated an elderly man because he did not understand the details of his authorization process. instead of calmly explaining, the manager threatened to call the police if the man did not leave. She made my wait experience distressing and if I had the choice I would not return.
I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a whole month! They never answer their phone, when they do they don’t call back, go onto website and request one that way and still nothing!
