I had a really bad experience at this place, we weren’t seen by Dr. Cruz we were seen by another provider, it was a waste of time, my child needs a referral to a dermatologist, he has molluscum contagious and they get infected, what he suggested was DUCK TAPE, to pull it off and wash it, I was so upset!!! And I told him another serious concern, he said make another appointment I don’t have time for that! It was so horrible .
Was looking for a Pediatrician for my son so I was browsing reviews and this place had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did from the receptionist to the assistants everyone was just great overall it was a nice experience. From the way they talked to my 3 year old son im just glad to find a good Pediatrician office.
Had a newborn screening set up for a week, which was already too long to wait but we were willing to. Appointment was for today Wednesday. They call me hours before our appointment to say Dr Cruz actually won't be in and they cant see my baby until Friday. Why would I trust them with my child's care if they cant even organize themselves. Absolutely ridiculous. To answer them, no i don't understand why you would book a newborn screening then cancel the day of? That's unprofessional and honestly careless.
