Dr. Cruz is the best Pediatrician I have ever came across. Knowledgeable ,he was asking questions about my sons behavior that were spot on,like how did he know!?! He was very kind, ,patient and great with my son. My son had to get his finger pricked and he still said once we were in the car " I like Dr. Cruz, when can we come back?" ,haha he is 6. The whole crew was great as well!!!!
Maybe this clinic used to be good, judging by the very old good reviews, but it no longer is. They give you the appointment months in advanced without asking what works for you. One day before my son's well child visit they called to tell me that Dr. Cruz isn't going to be in at that time and if we can change the time to earlier in the day. We're in the middle of celebrating my son's birthday and struggling with my 5 month old, I say yes because they don't give us much choice. I had a really bad experience at this place, we weren’t seen by Dr. Cruz we were seen by another provider, it was a waste of time, my child needs a referral to a dermatologist, he has molluscum contagious and they get infected, what he suggested was DUCK TAPE, to pull it off and wash it, I was so upset!!! And I told him another serious concern, he said make another appointment I don’t have time for that! It was so horrible .
Was looking for a Pediatrician for my son so I was browsing reviews and this place had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did from the receptionist to the assistants everyone was just great overall it was a nice experience. From the way they talked to my 3 year old son im just glad to find a good Pediatrician office.
