Love it here. Have a 3 bedroom and it is big. The handle on our oven broke, two days later and NEW oven arrived and was installed. Walk to the park, walk to the convenience store, donut shop, Rosa Maria'a Mexican Food, Carolines for breakfast, Staters, Subway, Chinese food, Dollar Tree, on and on! Grounds are pretty, pool is great. People are friendly. Some, not all, say the kids can be a little loud at times but we like hearing them and when our grandkids are over they like joining in!
I had a maintenance issue with my bathroom sink and I reported it to Ray(manager) and my sink was fixed within the hour ! The plumber was quick and efficient as well. I was truly greatful. As a new resident this truly leaves a great impression.
I’ve been living here for over a year now and I truly love it. The location is perfect, the apartments and common areas are clean, and the neighbors are really nice! Maintenance will usually fix any issues in a timely matter. The property manager, Ray is very quick to respond and has handled every situation and answered any questions I’ve had with professionalism. Great complex to live in!
