DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can not explain the disappointment my husband I experienced living here. We rented a unit for 1 year and did not have a fully functioning apartment until the last 6 months. During our year there, we saw a lot of turn around- people tend to not stay long. Looks are deceiving as they promise use of the amenities then later email you restrictions. wish i could leave negative stars this was the worst apartment complex i have ever stayed in. front office was totally unresponsive don’t bother calling you will not get a hold of. can were installed poorly broke with 1st use maintenance was extremely difficult to get to actually fix stuff. amenities were always down like most apartments they charge for any and everything to keep deposit but redlands lawns and tennis went above and beyond to overcharge
Don’t move here if you can help it. I had never had so many issues with an apartment. My air conditioner and heater are constantly breaking to where it will either be freezing cold or 88 degrees in my apartment and it takes them days to fix anything. My dryer, hot water, electrical outlets have all had issues and it takes forever to have them fixed. They are constantly having issues with the water to keep it on or off. I can’t wait until my lease is up.
Please look elsewhere and save yourself a headache. The initial tour and rental agreement experience were ok, but since then it has gone downhill. Unfortunately we signed a lease extension as other places were far more expensive, but now we see it would have been worth the money to leave. Our water has been off on average once per month for days at a time, and recently we have had no hot water for 3 days, which was finally addressed after radio silence from the office and false work order ticket closures.
