Our experience at this condominium We lived in this condominium for three years and, regarding the structure itself, our experience was positive. However, the current management left a lot to be desired. Before moving out, we informed the office that an important document would still be arriving at our old address. Lived here for a year and this place has a lot of issues. Upon moving in we had major issues with things being broken and nothing working (ac, freezer, dryer, broken window). They admitted they didn't even check on our unit before we moved in. Constant issues throughout the year with it taking weeks to fix basic issues. The design and work quality of this place is poorly done/gross as well. Our unit had a giant gap between the baseboard and the floor, constantly allowing roaches and spiders in. My move-in experience was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning of my application process all the way to the moment I received my keys, the customer service was outstanding. Diana was incredible—so friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and attention she gave, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I’m happy to call this community home.
UPDATED REVIEW 8/13/2025 Be mindful when renting an apartment here. I am ONLY speaking from MY experience and holding the entire leasing staff accountable since they are purposely ignoring every email and phone call of mine. I’ve let the leasing office know about the issues that I’ve been having with flies and bees getting into my home on top of hundreds of other issues. I get it.. It’s summer time.
