They tried to up the deposit over another thousand dollars even though my credit and income far exceed the requirements for this community. They are unfairly trying to take advantage of others for more money. I would recommend not applying here as there are many other much better options.

The limited amount of unassigned parking fills up incredibly fast, expensive utilities, and management is very poor at responding and hard to get a hold of. Update: Only one hot tub is maintained at time (will try turning other ones on and they either never get hot or the jets don’t work), they have an insufficient amount of pool chairs for each pool, and only one grill by the pool works. My water for my building has shut off too many times to count through out the year. I can hear everything outside through my apartment win... read more

Genaro did a great job taking care of all the issues, especially the A/C, which really helped me get through these hot days. He also fixed the sliding screen door, which I had forgotten to include in my request. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Genaro!

I had a great move-in experience! Our leasing agent, Daniel, was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process and was always willing to answer our questions and guide us every step of the way. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the community is peaceful, quiet, and in a great location. One of the biggest perks is the parking—residents have designated spaces, with plenty of additional parking available for guests and extra vehicles, so towing is never a concern.
