Great experience for myself and my young son, great knowledge and explaining issues and how to care for teeth of young and old.
Due to past experiences at dentists I had put off visiting for too long. I picked this practice as it had " gentle" in its business name. I had dr cora chan , who was so warm, gentle and non judgemental . Having her at my visit has helped make dentist visits much better for me and I now have an affordable care plan that I will stick to. Highly recommend this practice
When I started going to Gentle Dental nearly 15 years ago, I had a fear about going to the dentist. The girls on front reception are always friendly and so helpful. They do whatever they can to set you at ease and to make everything run smoothly. And the dental practitioners are just as great. I remember one incident where one of the dentists years ago, a lovely young lady whose name I can't remember, was going to give me an anaesthetic for my dental work but she didn't warn me and I opened my eyes to see this injection head... read more
My son had previously had a bad experience at another local dentist and was very anxious about his check and clean yesterday. Cora was so calm and gentle with him and talked him through everything she did. When we were leaving he asked when we had to come back and seemed disappointed when I said not for 6 months.
