I like dr Jackson. She's very nice & gentle. Her staff is also nice & polite but they are very unprofessional & their billing practices have a lot to be desired. They're not on the same page about anything & they obviously don't communicate with each other. They each say something different about the same issues. They don't call when they say they will. Both my husband and I have been patients at Redlands Dental Group & Orthodontics since 2015. After retiring and insurance changes, we had been to two other dentists and had negative experiences with both. The staff at Redlands Dental Group always makes us feel comfortable, are friendly, and always keep us well informed. They have horrible customer service and no communication skills whatsoever. We recently moved to Cali from GA and my son already had braces put on while in GA. The dentist at Redlands Dental and Orthodontics told me that he would have to remove my son's braces, do the cleaning and then put their own braces on because he couldn't treat him with the braces he already had on. I have had countless problems ever since I started with Redlands Dental, which is sad because I heard good things about them. This is the third time I’ve tried to schedule- moved my day around, drive out and either they misscheduled me, a certain dentist was not in to do the job or I waited too long. Front desk help wasn’t very patient either.

Wish I could give them 0 stars! I have an ongoing bad experience with this dental group & finally changed my dentist. I had 2 temporary fillings that both fell out. When the crown came in & didn’t fit they wanted me to repay for a new crown. From the time I had the procedure until my original appointment was more than 20 days... which is the amount of time the tooth is said to shift. But I have to repay??? I don’t think the fitting was done properly based on the prior 2 fillings. The rep said she would call the police on me... read more
