I’m 61 and do not like the dentist. I know very few do. But, I have to say I love it here. For me to say that is a HUGE deal!! First time I’ve ever said that about going to the dentist. These ladies are the A Team. Teresa (ofc mgr) and Erica (receptionist). Top notch. Along with Lisa (the best Dental Hygienist EVER)
My brother had his first appointment at Dr. John's San Bernardino office on 6/18/24. Everyone was nice and after his exam we were told we could schedule the work needed after we received the insurance pre authorization. I called to make an appointment on Aug 8 to schedule the work needed only to be told the San Bernardino office has been closed and they are no longer accepting the insurance. If you’re a veteran, expect to wait a year to be seen. I’ve been getting the run around since July 2023 for URGENT dental care authorized by the VA, as this clinic is partnered to help the VA treat their patients. Not only do they claim they’ve not received authorization, but they refuse to give any follow up calls regarding the matter. The VA can pull up all authorizations sent to this clinic, yet all 7 of them aren’t found at this dentist for some reason. Take your insurance and business elsewhere.
They lied about the free consultation. It will cost you $200 just to be seen and then they will threaten to send you to collections if you try to fight them on it. That’s just bad business.
