Efficient and quality service.
The tech was great but the two Lady’s at front office were so loud unprofessional, Eating and being extremely loud. There conversation wasn’t something I needed to hear. I was the only person there. The tech was fast and efficient and explained everything as he went which was nice.
I'm impressed! I needed multiple MRI's and they scheduled me back-to-back, that right there is a plus! The staff was stellar in professionalism and compassion, from the front desk to the back with the techs. Arriving at 5:30 A.M.and on a Saturday, they made it with ease and the testings were made comfortable and so efficient that we finished early! I would truly recommend this facility to anyone.
This place is amazing! The front office staff is efficient and super helpful and actually do their jobs well. The back staff also are amazing. Manny made the experience of the injection so great for my daughter who is terrified of needles. Mark was great too. Thank you to every person who helped us!!!!
