It was so easy! I went in not knowing exactly what to expect and right from the moment I walked in, they were friendly and handled my case right away, of course I was the only one in there which was nice. As soon as u finished my paperwork, the guy took me back and helped me with knowing how to prepare and where my stuff would go. As soon as I was on the table ready to enter the scary looking tube, he was telling me exactly what was going to happen. He handed me ear plugs and gave me a time frame. The tech was pleasant and efficient You would think that with all of this technology, they could cut the noise of the note, or pipe in music so I could sing along. . . One other thing: your front office girl should try smiling.
RecommendedStaff was friendly and the process was typical of mri. No problems. My injured body part was painful, but their machine was roomier than others I have been in, so that made it better. Overall a good experience.
They were really nice
I loved the fact that I was taken right back for my scans. No waiting for hours. Staff was polite. The technician that did my scans was awesome... I give her 5 stars alone.
