My review from today, 1/13/24: Tom Redinger interrupted his family plans to come to my house on single digit degree weekend night to remove carbon from the switch in my furnace. He came in his personal vehicle and we figured out some tools for him to use. Tom was very kind and personable. My whole family is grateful for his help.
