I came in on July 17th in the afternoon and was happy to see no one waiting in front of me.. I was there for a DOT physical.. it took longer to check in and go through all of the now virtual check in procedures than to get my physical done. Not a complaint at all just saying that they are efficient! Great friendly staff makes it worth the trip.

Outstanding non-critical or emergency health care. We have been using this healthcare location since 1997. The administrative staff are friendly, prompt, steady, imperturbable, knowledgeable, and thorough. The primary providers are all friendly, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and - rate in this age - sensible. They understand that people are hurting and do not prolong or complicate appointments unnecessarily. Highly recommend!

Check in is super smooth, came in as a walk in and was seen very promptly and everyone is very friendly. They called over to Lutheran for me to get a CT which sped up the process as well. This is my favorite Redimed!

Although I had made an appointment, I still waited more than an hour past that time in the lobby, but I understand others walking in may have needed care before me. Once in the room, the care was fairly prompt and very organized. The practitioner who saw me was thorough and seemed knowledgeable. She did forget a prescription that I requested to accompany the two antibiotics I received, but I am sure if I encountered a problem I could have called back.

My visit was good, I scheduled my appointment online , they were having computer problems so I had to wait a while to get to room to talk to a doctor. I had a PA and she was very helpful and had good bedside manner.
