I totally agree. The lead registrar (receptionist) has a bad attitude, every time I have been here. Treats you like an inconvenience. I only came here because my pre employment drug screening required it. She seemed to be “training “ someone and I got the same attitude from her. Only 2 people in waiting room and I was told to sit down and they will get to me. I had to wait to sign in, so I could wait to pee. 45 minutes for a urine sample.
