RecommendedVery kind and helpful!!! My doctor is only doing virtual visits so being able to walk into Redimed was a lifesaver!!!
They take forever ever time I'm there, even if there isn't anyone there. The last time I took my son in there I was told my insurance wasn't excepted. She wanted a x-ray of his lungs. She was going to look for pneumonia. Lucky for him he didn't have it. I know where to go next time I need urgent care. Not here.

Horrible bed side manner by the NP. Never even laid a finger on the patient, to listen to his heart or lungs, let alone his bowl sounds. NP gave an “anatomy lesson” rather than address the real reason why we were there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Waiting a hour and a half to just get back to the room
3 strikes, and you’re out. I have visited this facility 3 different times. It is conveniently located. Two of the 3 times I have received care from staff who very clearly didn’t want to be there. And the third time I was refused care. If you want to sit and wait for well over two hours to be seen by someone who seems to not care about your health, or your children’s, and then be incorrectly diagnosed, this is your facility! Never going back. Very unprofessional staff who clearly didn't care at all. The doctor (don't even remember her name) told me I was wasting my time, didn't take my pain seriously and acting like I was there just for pain meds. The nurse or CNA who took my vitals never even looked at me, didn't tell me what my vitals were and obviously didn't care. Never going back and never recommending. I left crying and with no answers.
