Stay away. Stay far away. EXTREMELY unprofessional, nasty Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse, I am embarrassed for Rite Aid having hired this person. What kind of healthcare practioner closes herself in room and yells and screams at someone else for 15 straight minutes about YOU (me) the customer? Extremely uncomfortable there and a VERY rude practitioner.

Made an appointment, showed up, and they were on a break. The store manager was helpful and seemed concerned, but when the worker returned I was criticized for complaining and not seen because I have hmo and not ppo insurance. She blamed management but was bothered and rude even though she "apologized." I could have saved a lot of time and energy and just stayed in bed! Don't bother or call ahead to make sure someone is actually there.
