I’ve been here multiple times with my children and myself. The staff is friendly and on time.
Not so happy. I have a sick child and I make an appointment because pretty sure it’s flu or strep. Get stuck at the light because of a fire truck needing to get through, 7 minutes late. Sitting in the empty front office for close to 10 minutes and the girl at front says she doesn’t think she can see us because we are over 15 minutes late. Um, NO! Even the other people in the waiting room said I’d been there a while, but she keeps insisting she was gone less than a minute. They are “graciously” working us in in the rudest man... read more
Quick and great service! All the staff are always very friendly.
Brought my girlfriend in to get her immunization shot and everyone that helped us were so friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend rediclinic to others and we will for sure be back.
My wife made an appointment for today (1/2/2019). We arrived early and asked if they had a early time. The nurse, Lavonda was very rude. She then told us to come back at our appointment time. When we came back she didn’t even look at my wife or me and told me to tell my wife to take out her drivers license and insurance card. Then when my wife went inside the room, Lavonda came and took a strep test.
