Incompetent! I pulled a muscle in my back. Every 6-8 months I have these back spasms. It happens every since a bad car accident. My doctors office was closed, so I went to urgent care. I didn’t want to have to take a whole bottle of ibuprofen over the weekend. These people decided to place “Web MD” and make up an ailment and refer me to another urgent care! You can’t do that! Urgent cares don’t take referrals and insurance companies don’t pay for multiple urgent care trips for the same thing! So I’m at home suffering! Thanks... read more
