I arrived 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time and was seen immediately . Both the assistant and Trevor, the RN, were excellent. They answered my questions and provided other solutions to assist me. I highly recommend this facility.
Had an 8:30 appointment. The CRNP was both intake personnel and the medical personnel to evaluate you. I left at 9:05 as I was miserable. CRNP did call me. I came back. Even more frustrated because it took 30 minutes for intake.....all done via typing in symptoms, etc. Would prefer a doctor.....Finally, just because clinic is new and business needs to build is no reason to compromise service by not providing an intake personnel.
We had excellent service here! It is convenient and accessible. The practitioner provided excellent service.
