If you want quality care, a responsible approach, friendly people and a safe place to "open wide"...this is your spot. Dr, Mott is truly remarkable, and even when he apologizes for "torturing you" he hasn't begun to touch a nerve.....love this guy and his team.
Dr Mott and his team are the best. They are very skilled and work to make sure you feel comfortable. Dr Mott is very knowledgeable and informs you every step of the way. He takes time to explain the procedure and is very reassuring. Most important is that he does great work!
Was thrilled that I got in for cleaning 2 days after calling and saying, "Put me on the list to call if you have a cancellation." I am giddy about the cleaning because I ask for a grade of how I have done maintaining my teeth. The last grade was a C-minus. This time it was a B. I think I will buy myself a trophy. Cleaning was done professionally and didn't take as long as expected.
I have been going to Kenmore Smiles for two years and actually enjoy going to the dentist. This office provides great customer care from the time you are greeted by Brandie, get a cleaning from Joslyn and the exam by Dr Mott. Truely a professional staff that I would highly recommend, especially thoes requiriy TLC.
Excellent service. The entire staff were pleasant and took their time when interacting with me. Very personable and professional. Procedures were explained when needed questions answered problems solved or in the process of being solved. Thank you

As always, my experience with Kenmore Smiles was excellent! I was greeted warmly by Brandy and there was very little wait time in the reception room. Dr. Mott's dental hygienist, Jocilyn, is friendly, efficient and thorough! And, Dr. Mott always comes in to the room for examination, review and a friendly send-off. I appreciate the excellent service and quality of care at Kenmore Smiles! Thanks!
