Well the medical staff here both times I went was wonderful! HOWEVER, their billing company (Athena Health) is as TERRIBLE as the staff was wonderful. Apparently, Rediclinic was bought out (by Hermann, I think). This may not have been a good thing. Certainly it leaves alot to be desired in the way of billing companies. So the deal is that you have to pay your co-pay BEFORE seeing the dr, right? Ok, that's normal. But then I get a bill for the $20 co-pay, at least that's what it looks like on the statement I got. I came in for a vaccine!! it was very fast amy and Tonya were very nice and helpful!! quick and easy
This is by far the best RediClinic! Britanee Davis takes wonderful care of our family! She is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and genuinely caring! She can take care of most daily needs, but didn't hesitate to send me to the ER when there was risk.
