Had two sick kiddos, booked both online a rcvd a215 & 345 appt; since I booked back to back online, somehow their text reminder to me got first appt Canceled, then told them they was a mistake and someone already booked! I showed them text message at 213 where it said Canceled. They told me I would have to book second child again, and come back at 330pm. This was the first time I have used a clinic. They were so nice and professional. Really thankful to be able to see a doctor on the weekend.
I have received the best care at the Rediclinic in Friendswood. Both the PA and NP are friendly, professional and listen to what you have to say. Miriam is a pleasure as well. I highly recommend going to this clinic if you want convenient, quick service for your minor healthcare needs.
My husband and I have visited there 4 times in the last few week (flu and upper respiratory infections). I've been pleased about their care and quick response and love the convenience of being about to sign up online for an appointment time.
