Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not... read more

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I have used Dr. Redick for several years. She and her staff have provided the best experience and care I have had in nearly 50 years of using various dentists. A nice plus is that she also provides cosmetic dentistry for those who need it. I can't recommend her services enough. Easy location, plenty of parking, minimal waiting, immaculate facility.
