Infuriating experience with this company! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! How do these people stay in business treating paying customers this way? Called to have service performed as I have in the past and was completely blown off! Every time I've called to speak with a manager I am told that they are in meetings and or not available! Awful customer service. Roper Buildings is constructing our shop and contracted with Redi to provide the portable toilet. Unfortunately, Redi did not secure it properly, and it blew over in the wind on Sunday. I notified Roper Buildings on Monday morning, and when the portable toilet was still lying on its side Tuesday, I called Redi directly.
