From walking in the front door and being greeted by Jenny to seeing Dr. Vu and her assistant, Lea, you will have the best dental experience ever. All of these ladies are truly amazing and the best in their field. I'm thankful to have found Dr. Vu.

Unprofessional, Unreliable, Bad Dentistry! My issue starts when I had to reschedule a few appointments with Dr. Vu. The first time my son was sick, the other two times where because I needed urgent medical attention, as I am disabled. After the 3rd time I called to let them know I needed to reschedule I was sent a letter from Dr. Vu letting me know that for any future appointments I rescheduled I would be charged a $50 dollar fee. Poor Customer service Not the most pleasant experience. Stab you with 50 dollar fee if you miss an appt and they say don't worry about an appt card, we will send you a reminder in the mail. Then after the fact say Oh you can't depend on those!
The Comment about poor customer service is soooo wrong I have no idea what that comment is talking about. I got my reminder right on time. plus after your appointment they set up a new appointment with you. I mean, write it on your calender or something or put it on your phone r-tard. They are still my number one.
