The employees that work at this place are all amazing. My Samsonite luggage was all packed and ready for me to leave on my trip in the morning and I got locked out of my suitcase, couldn’t open the code. These people are experts in the field!! They were able to open the luggage and crack the code and made it look so . I have nothing but good things to say about this place . All wonderful!! Love them all!!! Life savors !

Needed to replace one of two sets of keys for my late model Ford. Redford (at their service center in Novi) cut two new keys (using blanks I ordered from Amazon) and programed them inside the vehicle using their portable device. I programed the remote fobs myself using instructions easily found on internet. Thomas was great to work with. Much appreciated!
