My family and I came from out of town for a weekend vacation. We arrived late Friday night, once we got off the highway we started having car trouble. I stopped into Southfield Import, without even calling. I already went to a couple other shops and kept getting the run around. I called this place the same day after another auto shop let me down and they got me in the door so fast. I literally called them to see if I could come, got my part I needed, and they were able to accommodate me last minute! Everyone was friendly and the service only took a couple hours. I've known Nadia for a looong time and had no clue she worked here, so I'll definitely be calling them whenever I have trouble.
