Great atmosphere with plenty of knowledge and teamwork. This is by far the best real estate agency I have come across. The team here goes above and beyond to make every client achieve their goal of owning or selling their home. On top of that, they give both buyers and sellers and rebate for closing escrow.

Reached out to George Folia to take a look at a property in Wildomar. One of his agents sent us a text that she was running late. She then went to the wrong address. When she finally showed up at the property we had been waiting at for an hour and a half she did not have the right combination for the lock to view the property. She was unapologetic. We bought a home from Redfin Now and started noticing issues with newly done flooring. It looked all great at the time of showing but started to see issues likes bumps and cracks just after few days of moving. They were very slow in their response and took months to get someone to address the issue.
