Two Redfin agents scheduled viewings for my home with two separate sets is clients at the same time and same day. When they were finished, they left my basement door wide open. Neither realtor checked the house to make sure it was secure. Thankfully I had a security camera in the basement and hours later saw the door was wide open and called a neighbor to shut and lock it. 2 appointments were made through Redfin with both cancelling with no notification nor courtesy call to my Broker. I'm here to sell my house not waste my time with Redfin Clients. Instructed my Broker "NOT TO TAKE ANY APPOINTMENTS FROM REDFIN!"
It takes DAYS to reach a live person on the phone. They have multiple numbers and multiple people texting but never answering their phones. They make appointments to show houses then cancel last minute per email. They use Bait and Switch more than any one I have ever witnessed. One agent flat out LIED to me. HORRIFIC service, especially from Laura Schror. Shame on her and her Mother who is the listing agent. They need to be fired.
The worst company and agents to work with. 0 value. Shady. Insecure. Not knowledgeable. They will torpedo your deal. You can read reviews about them on consumeraffairs. com and see for yourself. Save your anxiety and grievances and stay away.
Super cute super fun and the rides are well priced. However, the food/ snacks are super expensive for mediocre quality.
