I am writing about the Redfin app. It is a waste of space. It continously sends me houses that are not in my search criteria. I am looking to rent a house, not to buy a million dollar house. Come on people.

Sadly Redfin is behind the curve on valuations in my opinion. Zillow is more accurate, and keeps up with changes in the market and to the house.

You are saving 1% to get an inexperienced agent which could cost you 3-5x on the sale of your home when you could hire an experienced agent and pay them 2.5% and possibly net a return in the multiples of Redfin. Good experienced agents won’t work with a firm like this, they will run their own firm.
