If your selling your home and Redfin is involved stay away! Especially from Title Forward their escrow company. They take advantage of the sellers situation. In my case it was a divorce. If you’re going through a court order to sell do your self a favor and choose another company and if there’s a Redfin agent involved stay away!
Redfin is very disappointing as they lowered our Irvine house value by 30% without valid justification. We’ve contracted Redfin multiple times but someone works there does not want to help. Can anyone at Redfin help us with this?
Joseph Chow is the best Redfin agent. We have used him when purchasing our home and have recommended him to my mother-in-law who has used him to sale and purchase her new home.
