Dishonest process led by Heather Trocmet and Crystal Jones. I had a recent experience dealing with redfin as they represented the buyers and I the seller with our own external agent. Their approach to the sale was shady and did not honor the openness and willingness we presented. We negotiated the price and went into contract. By far the worst company to work for Billions of unnecessary emails and money spent just to do showings! They treat you like you're not a real estate agent with a license. You can't do anything but show a house to an agents client and only get $35 dollars!. I have been an agent almost 20 years. You can't use your license to do anything else as an aa but show houses but the real estate agent gets paid! You can't sell nothing to family, friends etc .
