By far the worst company to work for Billions of unnecessary emails and money spent just to do showings! They treat you like you're not a real estate agent with a license. You can't do anything but show a house to an agents client and only get $35 dollars!. I have been an agent almost 20 years. Alicia Grifaldo, a redfin agent has possibly the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered, especially for a real estate agent. My very first interaction with her was wildly unprofessional and would never work with an agent that treat's a client that's looking to purchase a home. After that first interaction I knew it would be a bad business decision to make.
