This is what happened today at closing where Redfin represented the seller who was outside the State. I went to the title company to sign my part of the docs. The seller was to sign them at other location. I was supposed to received the keys to the property at the title company's location. This is what happened I planned to sign the docs at the title company and get the key there around 2 or 3 pm and handle it to the cleaning crew and have a lunch.
