I dont know if this Redfin office location or not but Redfin as a whole gets negative stars. Why? Because I purchased my home through someone else and almost a year later, I am still trying to get photos of the inside of my home taken down. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE and why its so hard for them or anyone to see that is concerning. The entire footprint, schematics and layout of my house is viewable to anyone and everyone. Our Agent Micheal Wade was late for our first appointment, then got into a car accident and had to reschedule, We understood and rescheduled for a date that was inconvenient for us. For the rescheduled viewing our agent was pushy that we were running late because we completely forgot about it. He instead said he had to go even though the viewing time had not ended, we were pulling up and he left while we had 15mins left. Do not book with this agency it’s a waste of time

Buyers beware The agents are commission hungry. They listen to the sellers and the sellers agents and will let you buy anything for the sale.. you are left alone. They even have problems voicing you concerns correctly they will write down minor repair after the home inspection purposely wording it incorrectly. A leaky shower doors becomes a leaky shower head. Etc
