I was working with Heath Hartman, a Redfin agent, to help me purchase two homes. He suddenly sent an email informing me that he wouldn’t be our agent. This is horrible timing ‘cause I’m literally heading down there in 5 days and was hoping to set up some showings. Now I need to find another agent and start this process all over!
They never reply to anyone. Get an email saying a member will contact you. Never get any follow up.

I have unsubscribed to numerous emails 10+ times over 4 weeks. I continue to get emails. I am currently gathering data and plan to file a suit for harassment if it does not stop. The website and app is 7 of 10. It has poor filters vs other MLS apps. Please beware of providing them your email. Also be aware that if you attempt to contact the sellers agent that Redfin is very deceptive and may match with a Redfin agent. I hope the realtor industry implodes.
I bought a house through Redfin in Dec 2022. I was working with on of their agents for months and I was told I would get a refund of $2100. But, they waited two weeks before the closing to inform that they would not give me the refund they promised me. When I talked to Dallas regional manager, Justin Martin, he said he would give me the refund only to change his mind a week before the closing date.
