I’ve been coming to this location for years. It’s had its ups and downs, but today was just a bad experience. I ordered a small drink, but since you’re out of small cups, I was automatically charged for a medium or large. Fine. I let that go. The barista repeated my order back to me, but when it was called out, it was completely wrong. They corrected it, but still, not a great start. I also ordered food, just avocado toast. one of the wholesomest coffee shops around - everyone who works here is alwayz so friendly :)) especially in the mornings!
Have always loved RedEye for coffee, matcha, and studying. I feel like recently my past few matchas haven't had much flavor. The salted caramel coconut latte is delicious though!!! I wish the Midtown location had the bottled to-go lattes like Cap Circle.
