We had weather related damage to our old roof and were having trouble with our insurance company. Jon went to bat for us and walked us through every step of our claim. His knowledge, experience and dedication helped us to be successful with our claim. On new roofing day, his team showed up early and worked together quickly, efficiently and professionally. Redemption Solar does not give the full details that a consumer needs to make such an expensive investment. It took over 5 months for my panels to be installed correctly and for the system to finally work. I had several crews of contractors in my home, in and out, redoing the entire system, from the attic to the basement. I had to call Mike and Michael multiple times to get a phone call with them to ask to get out of the deal, which they would not allow me to do. The really underpromised and OVER DELIVERED. They helped us with our claim and negotiated with the insurance company for us. My roof looks amazing and our electric bill went from $350 in January to $11, to ZERO the last 2 months.
Mike and his crew were great to work with! Solar panels were put on roof quickly and process was very smooth from start to finish. Longest part was waiting on inspections and power company. I would highly recommend Redemption Solar and Roofing!
