The recent storms brought a large, heavy limb down on my roof that caused damage in one area. I called the company that put my roof on but they were not very responsive and communication was poor. A coworker suggested Redemption Roofing. Once I reached out, Jon came out within a few days for an inspection. He provided photos and a detailed explanation of the damage and the needed repairs. Michael B and Redemption did a great job on our new roof. We had put it off for a long time hoping for some insurance coverage for help, but it wasn't meant to be. Knowing that this was an out of pocket exspense they worked to give a more than fair price. Work was done on time and efficiently by a well organized crew. Clean up was solid. Michael was great to work with and I highly recommend him to you if you are looking for roofing needs.
Great customer service with a desire to go above and beyond. Jon was our sales person and worked very closely with the insurance company to make sure things were taken care of. The crew worked extremely hard and did a great job cleaning up. Honest, fair with lots of integrity. Strongly recommend this company.
Jon and Redemption Roofing were incredible! It took us 9 months to get our roof approved for full replacement due to wind damage. Jon was relentless with our insurance company-we credit his time and effort in finally getting our roof approved. Even when we wanted to give up-Jon held steady in the fight.
